Transportation

The Avon Senior Center Transportation Program is an unassisted, curb-to-curb service available to Avon’s older and/or disabled adult residents who have no alternate means of transportation.

The Program is in operation from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Please call Eileen, Transportation Scheduler, at (440) 934-RIDE (7433) for more information, or download our brochure.

If you are in need of our services, please download our Passenger Transportation Information Form (Please print and fill out this form prior to utilizing the Avon Senior Center Transportation Program. You may mail or drop off the form at the Avon Senior Center, or fax it at 440-934-2421.) Please feel free to call prior to submitting a Transportation Form to see if you are eligible for this program.
