
Yoga at the Isle
Come and begin your day with Hatha Yoga poses for strength and flexibility as well as completing relaxation and stretching movements. Rotation of the the spine and joints are combined with focused breathing to reduce stress. Learn the fundamentals of Hatha Yoga for a lifetime foundation of fitness. This class is for the beginner/intermediate exercising adult. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water with you to class!

COST: $50 for five weeks (Drop-in rate is $7 per class)
Non-residents - $60 for five weeks
