Where do I get registration forms?

 

Program registration forms can be downloaded on this website or picked up at the Parks and Recreation Department office.  Please note that some programs are online only registration!

Do non-residents have to pay an additional fee to sign up for programs?

  Yes, non-residents pay an additional $10.00 for any program they register for.  Some programs are open to Avon residents only.  All others will have a non-resident price listed on the registration form.
