Cabela's is a World's Foremost Outfitter of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear since 1961. The City of Avon is extremely grateful that Cabela's has chosen our city as their newest store's home. Avon residents, as well as people from surrounding communities, will be equally excited about the company's fourth store in Ohio.
The new Cabela's store will be located on the south side of Chester Road, just east of the Wickens, Herzer, Panza, Cook & Batista Legal Offices. IThe store will be 81,000 square feet and will employ approximately 160 full-time, part-time and seasonal employees.
Cabela's anticipates opening their new store in the fall of 2016!
