Who do I call when I find a dog or a cat?

If you are able to safely view an informational tag, you may call the animal's owner. If you cannot view the tag or if you are not comfortable doing so, call the Avon Police non-emergency phone number at 440-934-1234. Give your location and a description of the animal to the dispatcher. An officer will respond as soon as possible.
