Proof of Residency is required-see required documents below:
- I.D. & Current Utility Bill
- Proof of Household for children (i.e. Birth Certificate or School Report Card)
- Resident Students (ages 10-18) - Power School App or Student I.D.
Guests must be accompanied by an Avon resident or season pass holder. The Avon resident or pool pass holder will need to complete a guest form when bringing a guest. Click here for form (PDF). Forms will also be available at the Pool Front Desk. Guest limit is 4 per family, if you would like to bring additional guests please call ahead to our Pool Cashier office 440-934-7636.
Please Note: Children 9 years and younger must be accompanied by a responsible person age 14 years or older.
